Four key rules that we live by.

1. Treat customers the way we’d like to be treated.
Rule numero uno in everything that we do. We want our customer to always leave happy. Have fun! Shop in a relaxed environment. Go on, try as many as you like; try some twice, thrice! We understand that finding the perfect pair takes time. Any time you need advice, we’re just a step away.

2. Get to know our customers.
Visual Mass started out on the ground, meeting with our customers face to face at events and flea markets. This has allowed us to get to know our customers and their needs very well. It has also given us the opportunity to communicate in our most genuine manner. We want to continue this approach, because nothing beats getting to know a person one-on-one.

3. Let’s all think big and do good together.
Every day, we wake up raring to go, ready for the next challenge. We want this spirit in all our staff and colleagues. Whether it’s coming up with a new marketing idea, designing a new collection of glasses or creating a new playlist, we want to empower all our employees to be crucial team players.

We want to help everyone grow into high-achievers. We will provide the environment and the tools, we just ask that you bring the loyalty, sincerity and enthusiasm.

4. Give back.
Serving the community is a big focus for us here at Visual Mass. Besides our One for You, One for Them initiative, we also work with various organisations on campaigns and exhibitions to further outreach.
