Your guide to our GSS this season
If you haven't already heard, we have just very recently kickstarted our GSS promotion -- buy a pair and get another one for free. Yes, that's two for the price of one.
Here are the answers to some of the burning questions you might have regarding our GSS promotion:
1. Do both pairs have to be of the same degree?
No, feel free to share this promotion with your friends/family members!
2. Do both pairs have to be of the same designs?
No, we strongly believe that eyewear is a fashion accessory and we should not be limited to only one design! Express your individuality with a myriad of designs to choose from.
3. Do both pairs have to be of the same value?
The one for one promotion only applies to frames with multicoated lenses (high index, $95) and frames that are prescribed with PC lenses (priced at either $145 or $245, with Hi Index and Super Hi Index lenses respectively).
For other purchases, the value of the free pair is up to $95.
You can top up the remaining balance to enjoy other types of lenses such as progressive lenses or photochromic lenses.
4. Can I buy one pair first and buy the other pair on other days?
Sure! A gift card will be issued to you so you can come down another day to purchase the second pair.
5. How do I use the promotion online?
You can order a pair online and a gift card worth $95 will be emailed to you shortly afterwards. You can then use the gift card to purchase the second pair online.
6. What are the frames included in the promotion?
The buy one get another pair free is applicable to all frames in store, except the Crystal collection.
7. How long does it take to process my frames?
Only 15 minutes!
However, during the GSS period, we might expect a larger volume of orders. We seek your kind understanding and patience as it might take us around 3-5 working days to process your orders.
8. This promotion is too good to be true.
But it is. There are no hidden charges and on top of that; a 30-day, no questions asked return & exchange policy.
